Welcome to Key Property Services


Key Property Services, Inc. (KPS) is a locally owned, full service property management, real estate, and construction contracting company. KPS has been serving the greater Clark County area for over thirty years. 

 

Our motto, “Where Service Is The Key,” is our guiding philosophy. KPS ownership and staff are dedicated to helping both investors (our clients), and renters (our customers), at each step in their quest to buy, sell, or rent real estate.

 

KPS provides property management services for a long list of property types including; single family homes, multi-family, Condo/Home Owner Associations, commercial, industrial, medical, retail, senior housing, and assisted-living. 

Our President

Eric

Eric Johnson

Eric has over 30 years of real estate experience. He joined KPS in 1989. His management experience has included a portfolio of more than 2,500 apartment units, medical office and retail/office. Properties have included Market Rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8, and publicly owned bond-financed.


Eric has lived in Clark County for 30+ years. He has served on the C-Tran Citizens Advisory Board, the Vancouver/Clark County Multi-Family Housing Recycling Task Force and in the Oregon National Guard.
