About Vista Court
Built in 2012, this senior independent community is for seniors 62+ who meet set income and asset criteria limits. All units are Project Based Voucher/Subsidized units. Residents currently pay 35% of their income to cover rent, electric, water, sewer and garbage.
To get on the waitlist for Vista Court, interested persons would go to the Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) website https://vhausa.org/ click on Housing then select the Open Wait list tab. Once the Open Wait list tab is open, click on “Vista Court” and follow the instructions for “Apply Now”. The waitlist for Vista Court is treated as a “lottery draw”.
Vista Court is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver close to dining, shopping and access to transportation. The beautiful one and two bedroom apartment homes feature all standard appliances, AC, and even a washer and dryer in unit! Common area amenities include a Fireplace and Social room, planned activities, community library and plenty of spaces to read a good book or put together a puzzle with neighbors!
